Our team is like family and we consider our clients and their pets to be our extended family. If you are interested in joining the family, take the opportunity to get to know us! You can read about our team and the services we offer on this webpage, visit our Facebook Page to see what we are up to, and ask others in the community. You are of course more than welcome to call and speak with one of our team members or contact us by email with any questions you may have.
If you like, you can book personal a tour of one of our hospitals and ask a team member any questions you may have in person.
Booking Your First Appointment
Once you have made the decision to join us, booking your first appointment will be a breeze! You have several options for setting-up your first appointment:
1. You can call Nepean Animal Hospital at 613-829-0220, or Chapman Mills Animal Hospital at 613-843-1334 to speak with a member of our team.
3. You can complete one of the "Register as a New Client" forms below.
Remember, you can book your first appointment several months in the future. Registering as a client with us and allowing us to get your pet's records will give us a head start in providing top-rated service to you, and exceptional care to your four-legged family member(s)!
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Anytime you visit one of our hospitals, you can expect to be greeted with a warm smile from our veterinary care professionals. At your first visit, the priority will be getting a full history of your four-legged family member.
We will do our best to make sure you are brought into an examination room as soon as we have one available. Our goal is to make sure all of our patients are seen on time, but there will be times the occasional unexpected delay due to an emergency or because we are providing care for a patient that needs a little more time. Please accept our apologies should this occur, and understand that the same dedication and courtesy will be provided to your pet should they ever need it.
Unlike some hospitals which opt for shorter appointment times, our standard appointment length for most visits is 30 minutes. This allows the veterinarian to conduct a thorough head to tail examination, and respond to any questions you have on anything pet related.
Our priorities are your pet's health and your satisfaction. We welcome feedback to any of our team members. Additionally, our Practice Manager, Sara Collins, is available to receive feedback directly. We are not happy unless you are!
