Natalia

Natalia has always loved animals since she was a little girl, so it was no surprise when she enrolled in the Federal University of Minas Gerais in Brazil to study veterinary medicine.Natalia graduated in 2010 and embarked on a career helping tiny embryos become beautiful horses. After a short pause in Natalia’s veterinary career, Natalia, her husband and her four cats (Penny, Nala, Agatha, and Nicholas) moved to Canada looking for new adventures.

After joining the Nepean and Chapman Mills team, Natalia fell in love with small animal care. Natalia worked for some time as a client care representative, and now works as a veterinary technician. Her experiences with the team have pushed her to start the path to being able to practice veterinary medicine in Canada as a doctor as part of our team.

When Natalia is not working (or studying), she enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching tv and movies and exploring new languages. Not only can Natalia speak Portugese and English, but she has also studied Spanish and German, and is just starting to venture into the French language!
